currently his kit is broken q: range auto attack. reallly w: free qss so nasically free 2000 gold at lvl 1. balanced e: can plant more barrels than r: permaslow bs

if they do rework him, they had better change his oranges to closer to his original value...to match his old value, he has to be missing almost 2000 hp, which with the current setup, makes it only viable on the tanky/bruiser GP

his Q seems to have a bit longer range now for some reason

more odd though, his damage seems to have DECREASED since his update T.T quite possibly because he can't heal the damage he takes

Everything other than his E has remained the same, they just have different ratios and added passive effects that are in my opinion, balanced compared to others. And as for his E, it takes 1 hit to kill his barrels.

I'm pretty sure hes dead for the even and not how op you think he is. He was borderline useless before his rework and now he is a somewhat viable bruiser. Doubt a nerf just dead thanks to being poisoned and should be back once the bilgewater event is over.
