Dorans Shield and Second Wind should be removed from the game

I understand these two ideas allow for more champion diversity, but you shouldn't be punished for being aggressive and trading with your enemy since Dorans Shield and Second Wind will just heal up the damage your enemy took. While we're talking about Resolve tree and Runes, just go ahead and delete Runes Reforged from the game if you're not going to nerf or change what these Runes do or how they interact.
