Option to Build Cutlass out of Hextech Revolver

See picture below: added a swipe feature that allows you to build cutlass from either vampscepter/longsword or hextec revolver. Or have it swipe to an item with an item similar to cutlass with different name/icon: http://i.imgur.com/qAK4mqR.jpg

So i think this change would make gunblade a more attractive buy for players who prefer to go with the ap path first. Especially if you want to level up an ability power spell first and prefer to go with ap. Gunblade is a pretty expensive item. Its a bit like botrk. sometimes you keep cutlass for quite a bit of time early on until you can complete it, you might complete boots or your jungle item first. Sometimes i like to complete it before the jungle item if i need sustain in the jungle (slow active helps with ganks too especially if i don't have chilling smite).

Unlike botrk however, if you're getting gunblade, your mainly getting it for the spellvamp moreso than the lifesteal. But at the moment doing so means you don't get the cutlass active early game.

i put two sliders one to show how it would look like like prior to selection and after with the green light. Example jax jungle with devourer maxing w. I need some sustain in the jungle. attack speed helps my ult which relies on ap ratio. I like to max w on jungle jax for bigger bursts when ganking. it also can be used as an auto reset. tip when ganking don't activate w immediately keep it after you land your first auto then hit it. then you'll auto again to apply your ult.
