No it will not work if you hit a wall with q. champions yes, and minions will work.

While ulting Zac becomes immune to crowd control and players on him are slowed. If you hold it down for less than a second people on you are knocked up instead.

^^ All information correct.

It's actually a sizeable damage bump for his Q (something like 20% more, as long as you aren't trying to fight someone totally isolated). There are some drawbacks, but the forcible reposition is cool. I like what it could do to teamfights, especially Assassins.

i mean its cool this whole knocking 2 people together but... man its...kinda unreliable <.< and it better do some serious damage when you do it

His Qs first shot still does what he does now, slows the enemy and deals damage. Its just singel target now. The second effect is an optional bonus effect, not a requierment to use his Q.

And his Ultimate can be cast fatser for an AoE Knockup, so if you think you wont catach the enemy in time, just cancel it, deal damage and Knock them up.

Elastic slingshot in, then immediately upon impact, start priming your ult. The knock-up on the enemy should provide enough time for you to grab them.

Otherwise, it'll be really good for moving assassins and skirmishers that dive your team into disadvantageous positions. Like, say... into a Lux ult?
