BOTRK can now Lifesteal off passive ...please explain, only such an item with so much into one slot

i have a lot of items that i would like to have that would be balanced imo. like say a cdr deathcap. stat wise it could be perfectly cost efficient. why should we need to look for another slot to get cdr. (same logic for bortk why need we get another slot for attack speed why can't we merge them) these stats work in tandem separating them forces you to expand/spread your build over multiple item slots thereby usually making you squishier or tankier not middle ground, except in the instance of bortk hence why its used on both tanks and full dps champs).

aren't the max cost available per slot and the max number of slot all the mechanism we need to keep builds balanced. why can't we give items any stat what so ever into one item so long as its within fair cost margins... like a cdr deathcap item. where you'd rather not use another slot for a cdr item but already have considerable ap that would benefit from a % ap bonus.

so i'm bringing up botrk becau se it can "essentially" crit. If crit was flatten based on an item's percent change it would just add consistent bonus ad damage on everyhit like botrk passive does. with 300 ad and 20% crit you'd do an extra 60 damage (without ie). With bortk you can now do easily 125 damage on hit. now because this was gated since you wouldn't lifesteal from it and was thus differentiated from crit. but now it does as such its very much like crit in a sense.

so botrk could be said to have like 35% crit dmg lifesteal attack speed all in one item. isn't it a bit much?

then again what is wrong with having 2 items with lifesteal crit . if its cost efficient what difference does it make? why cant you have an item that can cover mostly everything you need in one slot.

like botrk triforce is one example of two items that can perform what might be only possible with 3 or even 4 items for different characters.

example if you want crit thats one slot (sheen does a minor for of this burst) if you want lifesteal that's another item, if you want then you need yet another item to get some for of active slow/chasing ability like phage bortkactive that also deals damage.

anyways now that botrk can lifesteal its essentially a lifesteal crit attackspeed item with an active on it. this item has it all.

i actually don't mind it, but give other items something comparable. or limit botrk.

Also i'm questioning whether it has exceeded its margin of stats to cost ratio now that it can lifesteal off of its passive.

You should delete this post. Your making a fool out of yourself.

with 300 ad and 20% crit you'd do an extra 60 damage (without ie). With bortk you can now do easily 125 damage on hit.

wtf does that even mean. If you hit a crit with 300 AD its going to do 600 dmg with out IE and before resistance ect. Bork does extra damage based on enemies current hp. Im not sure you understand the relation between the two. If the bork was going to add 50 damage based on the enemies health and you hit a crit, the borks bonus physical damage will not double as well.

300/5= 60 at 20% crit in the item flatten the extra 300 DMG your crit would give you is equivalent to 60 extra damage on your every hit

Of course botrk's passive can't crit. Its a separate on hit effect that scales differently in its own right much like say devourer scales on jungle camp stacks, botrk scales off targets current hp. Why would I think botrk or any other on hit effect item like devourer could crit when crit clearly says that it scales on your total ad not on another items on hit effect. But if you look at the item in its own right phantom dancer on its own is essentially like wits end for example. Except one does like 80 ad (this varies but on average assuming we're only looking at late game with about 250-300 ad) on hit vs 42 magic on hit.

At the end of the day its DMG. Comes down to having either proctective stats or offensive stats or comination of both in one item. I just find botrk stands out in the combination department. I'm not against it but I feel like looking at all the other items that this sort of practiced is frowned upon for other items even though it could be perfectly within reasonable cost margins.
