Riot please take another look at Stormraider's Surge. This is a mastery that could make Ashe utterly useless against any champion with damage. As long as during a fight a champion with the mastery can get 30% of anyone's HP down, they'll become immune to Ashe's passive, removing her bonus damage and making her form of crit nonexistent.

As we all know, ADCs need crit damage to be the late game carries for their team, and Ashe's is shown through her passive. If the change goes through, her crit damage could be nullified and she would be rendered useless.

Yeah I'm gonna make mastery pages for whenever ashe is picked now if this storm raider surge thing goes through. Then whenever I see a champ that relies on perma slow ima use that page. TY Rito.

They won't remove her passive damage. It's slow resistance, meaning your MS won't change, but you still have the debuff on you. So the bonus damage will apply.
