Remove the delay on Shaco's ultimate please

It's a reactive dodging spell, but it has brief delay before Shaco "phases out" that let other skills hit him even while he is untargetable.

To see how stupid it is, imagine if Fiora's W or Fizz's E had a 0.25s delay before going out, it would incredibly annoying. Well, not on Fiora, she is extremely broken and needs to be gutted anyway.
