He has too much CC which makes it so that he can't have any damage. It seems like most people in r/Zacmains would appreciate some changes to him, because he's not allowed to be strong just because of his OP E ganks. Maybe reduce his CC so that there can be more off-meta builds for him... I really wanna play Zac top again ;-;

You think Zac can compete with all these champs: 
? No. He can't fight them at all. He can't take short trades because of their gapclosers and cc and quick bursts of damage, and he can't take long trades because of conquerer and just pure superiority in damage.
