On top of this, two of them have Deadman and one has Lichbane. Three of them are moving at 450+ MS constantly.

How the fuck am I supposed to function against this? Even assuming they fuck up and don't avoid my skill shot, there's no way to follow up for a kill thanks to Steraks/Maw.

This is basically rewarding brain dead right-click champions, while penalizing skill shot reliant champions.

You predict them. If I can bully out a Yasuo with Xerath, if I can land my ult on a LeBlanc, and if I can reliably stun a DMP Hecarim, then you, at a much higher elo then me, can do so as well
