I really feel like another patch should have shipped before Kat was buffed

Every high elo player thinks that Kat was too strong last patch, despite her low winrate. The problem is that her kit is pretty different from her old one, so players were still getting used to it. The people that got used to it the fastest (better players, higher elo players) all said she was OP. Silver players said she was bad because they didn't understand how to unlock the damage in her kit. I think as this patch goes on with the kat buffs we'll see a lot of people getting salty about Kat. She seems way too strong with these new buffs.
