New Ashe and Trinity Force?

I don't think it procs but I just want to double check. Ashe's abilities still don't proc 
right? Thanks!

As far as i know all abilities proc sheen with the exception of toggled abilities (like old ashe's q -- maybe this is what you are thinking of?).
Still not a good pickup on ashe, as she has fairly high cooldowns, doesn't benefit much from the AP, etc. She's an autoattack-adc not a caster-adc.

IDK. I get it for the stats and Rage and not the Sheen proc, but only as a luxury Item. You could also do the new 
for Rage and more HP, 
/
(whichever one isn't your main LS item) for more Lifesteal, or 
/
for more AS, instead.
But for the record, I think W procs Sheen now.
