How do pros farm so well with reworked champ abilities?

I get if they can last hit with a few champs. But how do they farm and harass so well with abilities on so many different champs especially brand new abilities?

They can dodge and their opponents know this. So I'd imagine they'd harass less because it'd be wasting resources.

Idk. It's probably because they can dodge.

Yeah I noticed they don't really fight in lane much and just farm even if like a Sandra can q w e R to kill the opponent they play safe and farm till jungler helps get tower or flash. But even then the opponent just let's them clear wave then get scrap farm they don't really freeze lanes much with opponent in lane and I don't get it

They play. A lot.

huh? Because they're just mechanically skilled enough to do so

Consider each champion like a car/vehicle.

Once you got your license and know how to drive you can drive most vehicles with exception (not being able to drive trucks/large trucks for example)

sure it may take you a sec to get used to it over your other car, but in a few minutes you'll have the gist of it. Not perfectly ofc, but well enough to be somewhat effective

Yeah but every champ has a different attack speed and auto resets so even if similar it changes champ to champ.

which is why i said give it a few minutes and they'll have the basic jist of it. They won't be perfect or anything, but they won't be a trainwreck either. After autoing a dozen or so times they'll have an idea of the timing

and last hitting isn't really hard to begin with

Makes sense but map awareness and last hitting are hard for me simultaneously. I like jungle for that reason. If i really focus on farming I'll get like 80 cs at 10 but I will die really easy to ganks. If i dont I get like 50-70 depending on champ to scan map after each cs. So farming is but the external factors come into play and you can't practice that as much in bots like jungler position is something I've really try to work on. But there is a direct relationship between map awareness and cs that's difficult for me.

if u play 12 hours a day against the best players, and spend hours practicing in custom game just csing, for years, u can do that too.

I watched a summoner who was skilled at timing last-hits play Sivir. They were good at what they knew, but Sivir's kit includes a boomerang that cleans house which went unused.

Expertise is memory of experiences.
