The only nerf Kalista will ever need is capping her E against monsters to 10

She isn't exceptional against every comp and her alternate playstyle of having kind of shitty sustained damage then bursting near the end isn't the worst thing in the world.

Also I realize that this statement is really shitty to justify anything, but just CC works a bit better since she can't cover short distances as quickly as Ez/Cait even if she wins out a long race.

Just nerf her ability to burst a baron for 3k and we're fine.

Also her ult's pretty stupid for saving power so if you nerf that too that'd be cool.
