Will ryze be a mata mid during preseason

Ryze has always been a semi tanky mage because he builds armor mana items due to mana scaling. Once you learn his combos, you blow people up. Seriously! 1k damage q late game when the enemy is marked with e. So do you think he will be seen alot more if zed and talon become an issue like the beginning of s6.

I agree since I've had games where I get stomped and I just tried him for the first time after learning his combos and I was a monster midgame-lategame.
