A-Garen after 5.16 would be useless if anyone havent see his new kit go on PBE but remember you may need to bleach your eyes after you read this Joke rework (They nerf everything about him and on top of that they add a self slow every time you use E so now you cant apply the damage of E on the enemies any more rito balance)

B-Lee sin now would be AD and he will kick the enemy tank and he would score a penta kill so pretty much if you pick Tanks now you will be a troll!!

And this people have a job as game designers in riot....this people need to be fired now!! This "Balance" kits are so bad that not even a 5 year old kid would nt come up with that not even as a joke...

Are you calling me an ADC player? I've been a Garen main since season 1, and have been playing Garen on the PBE.

Thank you so much for commenting, how are you building him on PBE? I've heard his spin chase is a little slower now, how much impact? Do you lead further ahead on a Q and then spin or Q to catch up?

I tried out the new items, and tried building him with a focus on health as Riot is suggesting. Personally I wouldn't recommend it.

If you get an early Black Cleaver there's honestly not much impact. Garen's attack range has been buffed, so it's easier to get the speed boost from Black Cleaver. Couple that with an EQ combo instead of QE and you're just as hard to get away from as on the live servers.

QE is still more than fine of course, however I've been prefering EQ for a while now, and the new changes definitely go well with it.

yeah so much strong...you will deal more damage than the live garen at LEVEL 16 before than you will deal less damage than the level 9 live garen...Much STRONG DUDE..But hey there is more in order to apply this more damage at level 16 you will need to have swifties and alacrity boots and B.C in order to be able to apply that damage so pretty much you will need to have 5k gold items to apply your damage....have you ever see a champion that need 5k just so he can be able to apply his damage? because if you dont have this items then the enemies would just walk away from you because with 400 MS you will get slower at 340 when you hit someone with your E which mean that the enemy even when he dosent have boots he would be able to walk away from you!! AND YOU SAY THAT THIS WILL MAKE STRONGER?

And lets not forget that in the league of mobility garen need 3 seconds to apply all 10 ticks (at lvl 16) to someone but riot nerf his silence at 1.5 seconds at all ranks so that mean even if you buy 5k items and the enemy dosent have boots so you are able to not be slower than the enemy and actually stuck on them with your E the enemy would be able to use his escape ability on the half of your spin because now the silence suck!! AND GAREN ONLY HAVE ONE FORM OF CC which is useless if you are not against mage chars!!

And you say that he will be stronger?

Oh lets not forget the W huh? 10 armor/MR if you farm 50 minions!! huh? that OP? huh? and it have a cap if you max at rank 5 30 armor/MR and you lose tenacity when garen is one of the most kitable chars in the game he lost his tenacity which tenacity was only on for 3 seconds...and even that he lost it for some 10 armor till lvl 14 when you start maxing your W?

And you say that THIS CHANGES would make him stronger?
