Why the items have "Mana regeneration" when the blue bar is called "resource" on your Champion Stats

i mean if you check your stats (press C) you would see "Health regeneration" (And the item that provide that type of regeneration are named as "health regeneration) and next to it you have "resource regeneration" (But the items you buy they have "Mana regeneration")

So why the items dont have the name "resources regeneration"?

Because "resource regeneration" includes more than just mana, such as energy and rage, while a mana regen item won't affect anything but mana.

League of Legends features several kinds of resources, and its important to specify which regeneration there is. For instance, if Vlad built a "resource regen" item, it would regen his health, while Renekton would have just an endless supply of Fury.
