After three and a half years Ahri is getting her first buff.
Can her nonexistent passive's movement speed buff, cooldown or bonus movement speed duration scale with her AP or level?

Funny story: 5.2, the last buff, was accidental according to a red post. They meant it as an overall nerf but misjudged the power of the Q homeguard effect. For the last intentional buff, it was 4.12, just over four years ago.
As for what the alleged upcoming buff is, don't count on it going live soon if at all, since they'll have about a week to test buffs to multiple champs by the time it goes up, and the balance teams tend to be divided on this particular subject. I'd like more damage or dash interrupting back, but Rick's in charge and was against both last time, so expect either more speed, or a mana gimmick since these changes are allegedly in response to the mana patch.
Edit: Aaaand as I'm typing Rick fires one out of left field, by reducing Charm's mana cost and increasing its duration at lower levels. I can already hear the rage building. Technically a mana gimmick though.
i dont like this guy either he fucked up the latest ahri changes imo and didnt solve any of her problems the planned buffs are nice though although i think the mana buffs on e are long overdue since i feel like i am almost oom after using it twice
or even better, could her W deal some damage?
I kind of wish riot would just rework her W completely.
Simply remove the movement speed on her passive, move the essence theft back to her passive and buff her Q damage so she can actually poke like a normal mid laner. The End. All the true Ahri mains begged Rickless to remove the movement speed and add damage to her instead, but some folks who never touched any other immobile mage decided their movement speed is more worth than kill potential and forced Rickless into squeezing that movement speed back into her kit.
