Small Cleanse Change

I say change, but it is more of an add-on. Cleanse will remain the same as it is, but can be used as a support spell. It will gain something like 800 units of range and can be used on either self or ally champions. This will broaden the support summoner spells slightly. If the spell was not used on an ally champion it will automatically use it on yourself (kind of like how Heal works, except Cleanse would only work on one person so self cast instead of self cast and a nearby ally if an ally is in range.)

Imo cleanse shoud've been merged with heal and make the heal a less powerful self heal than it currently is.

And leave barrier as the spell for burst protection while cleanse becomes a good spell for CC with a small self heal to survive a bit of damage.

That is the chalice bell- honestly I want them to make an item with a lower cooldown (like 60 seconds) and be a healing item for the active and have the chalice bell for supportive CC cleansing - because most people buy chalice bell for the heal rather than the cc cleansing, but the cc cleansing is obviously why it is bought as well but having two support items for cc cleansing and for healing would be really nice and grant supports more options for support items ---

but adding the option for the summoner spell Cleanse to be a support spell while still can be a selfish cc cleanse i think be a good touch the spell without actually changing anything internally about it
