Rush BT on adc's

Is it any good? I mean, when I saw at the crit patch that IE was delayed and BT was nicely buffed by 200g I figured we would go back to rush BT into crit like the earlier seasons to make the laning safer.. But I don't seem to find anyone who uses that. What makes it bad? Compared to like, Stormrazor or sthg (that don't strike me as great early items, but I might be wrong)

Also why not botrk (if you're not playing Lucian)? It got buffed by 200g as well and can replace the LW slot in a crit build, since you're gonna be ignoring tons of armor anyway.

I went through a stint of doing it and it's pretty good if you can get ahead somewhat early. Even if you dont get ahead, you still have amazing sustain and can just afk farm somewhere.
