Veigar's actually good now, his ult before used AP from opponents making it barely scratch anything AD

You're pretty wrong there. It was fine vs ad unless you were not a good player, it simple punished ap champs in ways that would be illegal in most states.

If we're referring to his ultimate then I "kinda" agree, even though AP characters are already pretty easy to punish now as the majority of mid-lane ones die to poke/hard engage. His passive is one in which I like the new one more, as even if you're terrible at him you can gain stacks ridiculously fast with it, especially if you play him botlane like I do.

This what I dislike about him. It is to easy to stack. The way he was before this current one was perfect. Kills and assists granted ap. It was well balanced. Not lol I got x amount of AP for hitting you with a poorly aimed skillshot cause riots silly hit boxes.

So....AD champs deserve to run rampent? Since I can 1-shot stupid Zeds I have no problems with it, also just play Fizz or Kat, Veigar will only screw you 3 ways from Sunday if you get stunned
