QOL Volibear buffs

Love the buffs for my bear, but can you make some QOL changes for his Q in lane?

I really hate when you chase through minions and have to zigzag around them to land the flip. It just slows him down and makes him feel extremely clunky

Buffs: Let him avoid unit collision during the Q run.

Or even cooler, let him knock enemy minions aside during it!
