Are we still looking for a new name for Titanic Hydra that doesn't have Hydra in it?
Instead of a creature with many heads, why not try another body part? Like, how about arms?

The hundred-handed giants of Greek myth, who also coincidentally have fifty heads if you still want to have the item named after something with a lot of heads.
The singular form of the name is Hecatonchir, so something like "Indomitable Hecatonchir" or somesuch. A pretty big title, but then, they're giants. As are the champions wielding the item, ideally.
