So. This is a distribution of Keystone Mastery based entirely on champion usage. Can I get a Rioter comment on this?

Just a question, is this based off of actual stats, or did you decide how the champs get portioned out?

A lot of this is verified by sites like champion.gg or OP.gg. The rest is base assumption (You'll never see Yasuo taking Grasp of the undying, or Darius taking DFT, and so on)

Except a lot of taric playes take windspeAkers because he can buff his entire team with q on about a 2 second cd when he is auto attacking. This means there are 2 using bond.

Bond needs to be scrapped and replaced with something else like 10% damage reduction from minions, monsters, and towers.
