item 3084 when was this a thing? why is it not still a thing? this would make tanks great because its literally just sustain in team fights which is a big issue for tanks right now because they can't really "Keep calm and tank on" with the current damage and no way to sustain in a fight.

(Edit: Something like this in the game would probably help in SR even though the item used to be for TT, live and learned)
