Fake or PBE (193k IP), Omega is not 520

It's just a meme made by Riot

Good call! For comparison, I went and put a kink in my neck, then compared the rest of the prices.

SkinImage PriceActual Price
Happy Elf975 RP520 RP
Omega Squad520 RP1820 RP
Astronaut1350 RP1350 RP
Super975 RP975 RP
Cottontail975 RP975 RP
Little Devil975 RP1350 RP

So three might have been in the actual store (Super, Cottontail, Astronaut), but the other 4 are edits.

well .. i own all of the skins.. but you can admin who ever made this picture , has some photoshop skills

What I admire is that they knew that a camera picture would hide the editing blemishes with poor (but believable) quality. It's a nice touch, and I bet they could fix the RP issue for next time if they cared to.

true .. well , i found this pic on the instagram .. so it might be just for fun ..

Fake. Omega Squad Teemo is a legendary skin, and legendary skins aren't in the My Shop. (on top of the fake prices others already mentioned)
