Why is renekton able to be the tankiest person on the map, and have mobility, and have hard cc, and have low cooldowns, and have burst potential, and have sustained damage, and auto win most lanes.

It’s funny because you can put most bruisers in there and it’s still just as true.

It’s so dumb that they just get handed all of this. I mean look at their items. They litteraly get EVERYTHING you could ever want. Ad, you got it Health, you got it Resistances, you got it Cdr, you got it Ms steroids, you got it Wave clear, you got it Burst prevention, yup % damage reduction, yup

Hell. They even got handed a rune that auto wins lanes against tanks. Da fuq?

renekton? low cds? his q is a static 8 sec cd and what you max first, his w is the last spell you upgrade and it has a 13 sec cd going down to 9 secs at about level 18 usually and his e has a damn 18 sec cd going down to 14 secs, saying he has low cds is just a lie and he has a very clear window after his cds where you can go in on him

Black cleaver or triforce is almost always item number one. 20% cdr, and spear of shojin. 20% or ibg 20%. Or they take the 10% cdr rune and (Insert endless list of bruiser items here)

And again. No. Bruiser items do not allow for falloff. They just don’t. They give so much in stats it’s impossible for them to fall off.

And no, he starts to fall off at 30 fucking minutes. 30 minutes. The number of games that get even close to 30 minutes is almost nonexistant. So no. That argument is entirely irrelevant.

and no he falls below 50% at 20/25 and steadily goes down from there, renekton isnt even super good rn hes pretty much just a low elo stomper

Not according to op.gg he doesn’t. And no. Bruisers get more mobility than they should. Riven, fiora, Kled, renekton, Jax. You cannot actually believe that these champions have “little mobility”.

renekton has one super high cd mobility spell, kled again has one high cd mobility spell, fiora is balanced around her mobility so shes more of an exception and jax is more of a diver than anything at this point and riven is more of a skirmisher akin to yasuo, and op.gg stats for renekton show him bouncing between a 50% and sub 50% wr up until he falls off while having a 48% overall wr, even using your site as a source it doesnt support you calling him op hell lolalytics my primary stat site has better stats for him than op.gg

Okay. All those subclasses you just names are sub types of bruisers. And point being renekton does not fall off until 30 minutes. That’s the vast majority of the game. Imagine if a champion like jinx was just handed the early game power while her late game remained untouched. Because that’s basically what has happened with bruisers. They get insane bases, tied with insane scalings. And their cooldowns are not that high due to getting 40% cdr by default. That point is not small. That’s a massive factor.

no they arent first of all skirmishers are a slayer subclass, most of what you named were divers actually which arent usually what people mean by bruiser, by bruiser people usually mean a juggernaut, divers are good rn because they're snowbally and usually flexible in play style (and steraks is busted) but it isnt base stats really its more of just how stupidly well their items synergize not how they are on their own and because tanks are gone, divers at the end of the day tho are still just the best top lane class its been awhile since they were actually broken

no they arent first of all skirmishers are a slayer subclass, most of what you named were divers actually which arent usually what people mean by bruiser, by bruiser people usually mean a juggernaut, divers are good rn because they're snowbally and usually flexible in play style (and steraks is busted) but it isnt base stats really its more of just how stupidly well their items synergize not how they are on their own and because tanks are gone, divers at the end of the day tho are still just the best top lane class its been awhile since they were actually broken

sigh and Lucien is a mage because he uses ranged abilities to deal a large chunk of his damage right. :/

My point exactly. Lucien is a marksman who plays like a mage. And bruiser is a wide class of champions. Just because Kled plays different to garen doesn’t mean they both aren’t fucking bruisers.

he doesnt play like a mage most of his dmg in fights is still autoing hes just not a crit adc, bruiser isnt a class nor subclass its just a term usually used for fighters, specifically juggernauts which garen is and kled isnt, kled is a diver
