right now the game is literally BETTER JG WINS accross EVERY SINGLE ELO in the game, the role needed the nerfs it was getting, do NOT cave in the jungle QQ wanting to keep their role broken forever, they do not want a balanced game, they want to be the only deciding factor on a supposed team game.

Its just another flavor of broken, jungle needs to be made WEAKER accross the board, that 10% full clear exp buff is absolutely absurd.

No, sorry but no. Whatever your personal bias against the role is means nothing. Jungle is the role that dictates the early to mid game. Making it weaker would achieve nothing. It's meant to have a big impact on the early game. You nerf jungle exp and all you accomplish is making junglers gank more and more because they have nothing better to do. What then? Make it so that early game junglers are useless? Congrats you just made the entire game be "whoever scales better wins" the game. You cannot make the jungle weaker without it affecting the entire game, even your own lane matchups. Junglers would either never gank or gank nonstop.

The plan is to fast track junglers to level 3 and then reduce jungle camp XP thereafter to below duo lane XP how will this reduce the permagank meta? I think it will only get worse.
