Gold 5 and elo around is crowded by smurfs and boosters

In every second game I meet smurf or booster. Yesterday I had 2 diamond smurfs in my team. Can we do something with that? I'm getting 15 LP per win and -25 LP per lose. Kinda unfair, because I have to play vs Diamonds. Actually I'm ok with that if they're not playin Fizz or Riven, but team always has scores like 0-10 or 0-15.

Don't know about NA, but EUW has some problems with that.
