Negligence in discharging one's responsibilities:
Remember the initial Cass rework from 4.16? The one that received an equally massive outcry like the Mordekaiser one? There's a reason why people constantly refer to her as a bad example on how to do a rework, and I'm going to tell you why. It's the lack of willingness to listen or consider what others have to say about a champion while enforcing some twisted fantasy that goes against the already established identity of said champion. Instead of working on their issues you simply create new ones - how is that healthy in any way?
The worst part however is that you're not even realizing how inherently flawed these kinds of reworks are. The inevitable consequence of those changes is a heavily neutered champion who's lost their way with an equally diminished or enstranged playerbase. Say what you want but Cassiopeia has a lot less players since the rework happened over a year ago, the last set of nerfs from 6 months ago pretty much ensured that. From that point on you never looked back and left her in a state which is neither dead or alive, she's basically trapped in purgatory and you couldn't care less about her despite months of attempts to convince you otherwise.
A downfall brought about by many negligences:
At this point I'm not even sure if I should be shocked by your lack of care or about the stubborn attitude you've kept up this long, once again ignoring our pleas to reconsider when it came to discussing preseason-changes. Well guess what, she's pretty much scewed now thanks to the League of Curbstomps basically ending every game after 20-25 minutes. There's simply no room for lategame champs anymore, especially ap ones. You definitely made sure of that with those horrific item changes. Heck, you didn't even consider expanding her manapool or increasing her mana-regen like you did for some other mages.
Wanna know what's the worst about all this? The fact that you haven't even any plans for her despite acknowledging her questionable state. If you're not sure on how to buff this champion without making her completely bonkers, you NEED to put her on the rework schedule - there's no other way. If a champion has become too problematic to fix, you need to restart from scratch (or simply revert the changes, but I doubt you'd be ever willing to do that).
All you did was take a random champion, utterly destroy them and then leave them to rot for an undetermined period of time without even giving any feedback for the community that you're actually working on the problem. You're merely delaying and trying to distract us with constant updates on things that didn't even need changes in the first place, like those marksmen-changes for example. In the end you merely created an entirely new whirlpool of problems for us to get lost in while shoving the original ones under the carpet.
No, I won't put up with this any longer. It's time for immediate action, it's time for YOU to do the right thing. The least you could do is revert some of those nerfs to her sustain/mana-costs, it'd be a start at least and a way to bridge the wait for bigger changes until you finally come up with a concept for another rework.
Who?
