I see no reason to play Darius if Cho'Gath is better every single way

They both have the same playstyle - build tanky, CC your enemy, hit all your attacks, and execute them with your true-damage ultimate.

...only difference is that Cho'Gath doesn't die to ranged champions, can go mid and jungle, has a much shorter ult cooldown, and has a significantly better late game.
