Buff Merc Treads and Swifties

Akali is SO HOT··3 votes·505 views

item 3111 30% > 40% Tenacity

item 3009 55ms > 60ms; 25% > 35% slow resist

Make them more expensive to compensate maybe idk. Swifties has a 2.5% popularity rate btw.

The enemy team can be chock full of cc but merc treads can be useless because most things aren't effected by Tenacity.
