Conquerer's has made Top into a stagnate play pattern.

So this is what ends up happening. You get to lane. Both people have Conquerer's. The normal race for level 2 starts. The losing person has to back up and wait for the wave to be pushed. Now not only does the pushing person get minion advatage, but they are free to keep their Conquerer's stacked. You have zero chance of contesting because now they have minion and Conquerer's advantage. Eventually the wave hits your tower and bounces back out. Now the script flips and you have Conquerer's plus minion advantage. Now they have to play far back or autolose the trade.

Thats pretty much what happens now. Whoever has control of the wave at that moment cannot be contested at all. You just push waves at each other or wait for a jungler to show up.

My solution would be to reduce the time is takes to stack Conquerer's then nerf the AD or true damage a bit. Fighting someone for 4 seconds when they have Conquerer's up and you dont just isnt feasible.

Honestly this has always been my experience in top once wave management takes hold.

Its doubled down. You could take short trades then drop aggro in a bush. Now you have no way of winning a trade at all.
