Has Riot considered adding another jungle camp near top? or elsewhere?

I believe at least in theory its worth the discussion , top lane is very snow bally and most of the time the jungler wont exactly have their eyes on the lane. If a new camp is ever added it needs to have some sort of interaction with top lane alone i think the main point here is that top lane needs more interaction with the jungle itself.

Thoughts??
