Singed New Passive

NEW PASSIVE- Enchanted Bulwark Innate: Singed takes 4 (+1 per level) less physical damage, calculated after armor. While Singed is using Poison Trail, Singed is ghosted and takes 8 (+2 per level) less physical damage, calculated after armor. This bonus is doubled against critical strikes.

Singed's current passive doesn't really benefit him all that much, the only mana items I ever see a Singed buying is The Dark Seal and the very rare Rod of Ages. With this new passive, Singed's shield is ACTUALLY a shield and he gets to ignore unit collision during his Q, which is something he really wants but never really gets to have without the Summoner Spell Ghost. This would also help early game minion pushing since you won't really have to worry too much about minions wearing you down. We might even get to buff his health per level slightly since part of his health is no longer tied to his base mana. Yes or no?

While this might not be the best passive, the fact it got your hopes up for a new passive shows Singed could use a new passive.

WHAT IS THAT PASSIVE? It not unique and really bad, he deserves changed like buff on abilities.His passive should have something cool about him, Singed Doesn't feel unique for me. I really wanna see him played again.

The changes singed could actually use are:

Idle poison flowing from him animation removed: makes it more clear whether he has Q activated or not.
Q spreading a bit (being thicker), so you don't have to be standing exactly above things to poison them.
Something, something, movement speed.
