twisted tree line MR/ARMOR Item (guardian angel without revive)

So i have a few builds that are viable with guardian angel but can't be ported to twisted tree line since there are no items that provide both mr and armor apart from moonflair (which favours champions that scale better with ap). since neither guardian angel nor zz rot are available in twisted tee line. I was thinking what if guardian angels had a different passive in twisted treeline: one similar to Overlord's Bloodmail 's passive Passive UNIQUE PASSIVE: On kill or assist, heal for 300 health over 5 seconds. And maybe offer 45 armor 45 mr instead of 50. maybe it could give tenacity as well like 25% but only offer 40 armor and 40 mr. at a pricey point than bloodmail however. or could be a new item called Guardian Bloodmail

lets say i have black cleaver on riven or lee thats decent enough hp already. and if the enemy equips botrk i don't feel like getting as my defensive item. the build in question would go something like:
