living with 1 hp

So ive had quite a few games where this shit happens to my opponent. they will literally live with 1 hp and im over here dead because of it. Im pretty sure no one in the entire community likes the effect this has on your mental state as this is by far the most tilting thing you can suffer in game so can something done about this lik rounding it up so you die if you hit lower then 5 cause its not right for you to live at literally the last drop of life and your opponent who was suppose to have had a good kill for recognizing a mistake die by a .1.
