Why hasn't Darius received a buff since his ult extending by 8 seconds?

That buff wasn't enough to help him compete in todays game, he can barely do what he used to in making sure his lane opponent stays down while he snowballs the game with patch 3.03, with more champions being released with cancerous kits to make champions without mobility out the ass useless.

Darius has received nothing but nerfs without just compensation, Lucian got compensated for being nerfed and look where he is today, more powerful than when he had 550 range.

Look at Darius today, can barely keep his lane opponent down 24/7 and can't snowball his team with his ult being up all the time.

I'm scared to ult an enemy we catch out late game because I won't have it for the teamfight and he might get away if I don't.

First of all I think Darius is still very strong, I dont think he needs buffs. He does lack mobility, but you cant just slam power into his kit to make up for it, that'll lead to re-nerfing.

As for his Ult "nerf", now its more in line with MOST other champions and their one Ult they have to use smartly. Welcome to the non OP club.

I agree Darius is extremely strong still, not many champions can go toe to toe with him in close quarters combat.

You're over exaggerating his weaknesses. He's not good in the current meta of ranged toplaners (RYZE, RYZE AND MORE RYZE), that's it. He's not objectively weak, he's just not incredibly strong anymore because most of his enemies in lane will poke him to death before he can destroy them with his ult.

Ashe should get buffed before Darius does. She hasn't been viable since Season 3.

Because darius can do more then 31k of damage building a brutalizer and full tank. He doesn't need a buff for me

dude they are all cancer vayne main for them is normal that vayne deal more true damage than darius nerf cancer vayne or botrk if you don't want darius buffed

You can still build Darius in a way that will kind of make up for his weaknesses. Trinity Force gives him the mobility he desperately needs, and it just works wonders on him. Trinity Force also does tons of damage, which is amazing. I also suggest buying Mercury Treads on him so he gets the tenacity to reduce his time of being CCed, slowed, snared. I also like the Elixir of Iron very much on Darius, gives him more tenacity which turns him into a scary champ that could get past your frontline. Darius lacks sustain, which is another weakness, so I'd run a Ravenous Hydra on him to give him high AD, lifesteal, and HP regen. Hydra and Triforce are basically the only damage items you need on him. You would build the rest of Darius tanky. I'd say Randuin's Omen is a core item on Darius, since it's basically the best armor and health item in the game. I also really like Frozen Heart, since it gives a ton of armor, cooldown reduction which is amazing on Darius, and mana which guarantees Darius won't run out of mana. Frozen Heart's passive also stacks with Randuin's which is great.

OP isn't looking for tips or suggestions on what to build to make Darius more relevant in the current meta, he's looking for buffs or nerfs to his counters. Really irritates me just how often people post topics like this when they should really be adapting to the current meta instead of whining.
