Can a rioter explain why Nautilus is on his second buff for his hook?
This is a champion that has been mana gated out of jungling and top lane. His power budget was all in his shield two years ago. Then it was changed to be all in his riptide (e) for the AOE jungle camps. Now, apparently it is being put into his hook with mana reductions and damage boosts. I'm not a fancy big city lawyer, but these buffs seem goofy and negligable. What is the plan with this champion? These buffs almost seem like tricks to get people to start playing because they see he is getting buffed but hopefully they don't read the actual patch notes.
