Doom bots Blitzcrank idea

I had a lot of fun with doom bots during the short time we were able to play it. If and when it ever returns, I have some ideas for Blitzcrank.

1. Blitzcrank now fires both of his hands at once when using "rocket grab". Blitzcrank is able to grab 2 enemy champions at once and knock up 2 champs at the same time.
2. The MS speed boost from Blitzcrank's 'w' is doubled and he is no longer slowed after using the ability.
3. Blitzcrank's laugh and taunt are now global.
