When you will change Quinn, bear in mind what we like in her.

VAULT. Kicking off someone's face, denying a chase, an escape, anything in such a brutal way is the most satisfying gameplay experience ever.

I guess also the fighter duality (she's a ranger after all) and the only blind other than the Devil in the game are important parts but Vault is the main one.

Vault is definitely a signature move for her imo. That and Valor's crazy move speed/vision. Rest they could change entirely and I honestly wouldn't even mind.

Her E and ult are iconic, if they get changed at all it shouldn't be much (and likely just qol tweaks)

her W passive is meh, W active is situationally awesome or worthless. Wouldn't mind it being changed to feel better.

Q could be changed, but really feel it is core for how I play her (I play her more as a flanking assassin than as an "ADC") So I would love to keep the blind so I can be a major threat to the enemy adc.

Passive tbh could be scrapped and reworked into something better.

I think more important than the "fighter duality" you mention is her assassin-ness. Quinn as she is is pretty much the definitive ADC/assassin and honestly its both more fitting thematically and more resonant in her current kit than the idea of her being a "fighter". A big (but not difficult to implement) change that could be done to push her more towards that would be to reduce Valor's damaging capabilities, remove skystrike, and reduce the cooldown of R drastically so that Tag Team's primary purpose is a cross-map mobility spell - highlighting a dynamic that Quinn does the damage while Valor brings the utility, while simultaneously giving her more abiilty and incentive to roam for kills.
