All you have to do is silence him and spin to win. You'll out trade him all day. And you can build tanky and still manage to burst squishies, just like Yasuo can. As you can see there are many counters to Yasuo. Plz stop crying about him. If you want to complain about someone who's actually OP, let's talk about Leblanc.

That only works in top lane which is Yasuo's lesser field of hunting. Can't expect a mage normally made for mid lane go into the top lane instead where plenty of scummy stick on you or CC harass type champions exist like 
will just plain damage blow you up if something like

who can just harass you all day with E use then punching it and range poking to all in maul you respectively.
Plus any champion who normally works melee and has no projectile based attacks will middle finger alot of Yasuo's kit such as his wind wall and a good old could interrupt his Dash with his Hook grab, super slow auto enhancer and then slap them with his Q while they try to walk away into range for another target for Yasuo to dash on.
Yasuo's major weakness i'd say is against super damage 'fighters'(especially ones who deny him being able to run around by interrupting him) who don't need to stack armor to massacre you with health stacking pudgie'ness plays. Long as he can run around he can free damage poke, but sadly thats the main 'argument' to deal with plenty of champions who can move about, deal lots of damage and harass you without a prob like 
(she can basically move around while using her kit meaning her lack of abilities interrupting her movement is her 'escape' tool), 
and 
(low cool down tumbles, knock backs and mini move speed buffs while chasing on top of like Yasuo, gravitating towards the three in one critical, attack speed and move speed bonus items of
