Are champions without predefined skill shots op?

All three of these listed champions: share something in common. None of them have a single skill shot built in their kit's meaning they are entirely what we call, point and click. Not only does this make them easy to play and noob friendly. It can also, in my opinion, make them op. Why? Because people can DODGE skill shots. It can't be done easily by the average player, but a pro or LoL veteran that was here since season one can easily dodge 70% of all incoming skill shots with ease ( Faker can dodge close to 90% ). But against my Vladimir, all it takes is one empowered Q and boom, a chunk of your health is gone with 0 to no counterplay. The same goes for Annie which is even worse since it comes with a stun every 4 spell rotations and allows her to Q R W Q aa ignite you to death. And let's not forget about late game Yi, Q Q Q, Enemy Pentakill!

the counterplay to point and click skill is that they need vision to be casted and usually have a short range well from the 3 you just listed

Yes, target spells don't work if the enemy is camouflaged or in a bush.

None of those champions are OP. Although they are all notorious Pubstompers.

Karma is pretty strong into Vladimir.

Whenever he wants to use his Q on you, you can shield yourself taking 0 dmg. Also he will be in range for your E, which will force him to use his pool...otherwise he will get an empowered Q in the face. On both ways he will lose alot of health.
