I think removing Keystones & Scrying Orb would be a massive step in the right direction.
We were given Runes Reforged allegedly with the option to augment our playstyles as we choose. But Keystones are MAJOR contributors to power in some sense, and as a result they often DICTATE (based on synergy) a Champion's playstyle rather than OFFER playstyles - what a Talent Tree / Limited assortment of small augments could do. They've been complained about - in terms of power creep - for quite some time. I don't personally enjoy taking a Keystone into a game knowing that it blurs the line between my strengths and weaknesses, arguably long-term causing balancing champions to be a more difficult task. I outright feel these Keystones are unhealthy additions to the game; I always have.
The vision game has been wrecked(for pro play?), and I don't find Scrying Orb to be helpful in fixing that. We lost Trackers as well as Sightstone, Scanner is now available at Level 1, and your ability to acquire wards AS early as a Support hinges on the lane matchup & your skill as a Support. Which seems absolutely backwards when the game has shifted to something more fast-paced. Scrying Orb can reveal nearly (if not entirely) an entire ward line, and from a safe distance ruin ALL of that roam+placement work; often making lower elo Supports shy even FURTHER away from being vision contributors.
The game has many glaring issues at the moment, but I feel these are two that often go unmentioned.
+ sightstone (and make it unable to have sightstone + support item).
