Can we buff Ezreal please?

I've been saying it for years. Ezreal is garbage. He has a 45% win rate right now. He is literally the WORST adc in the game. Lower his mana costs or his cooldowns, give him normal base hp (like every other adc in this game), maybe increase his damage slightly, make it so he isn't immobile when he ults, increase the travel distance on his blink. I dunno what the best thing to do is, but any of these things would be very helpful buffs for a champ who desperately needs them.

A small question? HAVE YOU EVER SEEN EZREAL IN COMPETITIVE OR HIGH ELO? Doublelift says that EZ isn't broken but really strong. Ezreal is suffering from Ryze syndrome. Pretty bad winrate but if you push them the slightest bit, they become pick ban in competitive and high elo. This winrate disconnect comes from the champion skill floor and skill ceiling.

Low win rate could just mean a lot of players are just bad at him and don't want to take the time to try anything new or learn him as a champ. Every game I see Ez players still building Tear and going "Korean Blue Build". He's totally able to build other things like item 3812 item 3072 item 3031 item 3508 item 3078 . Ez Players used to build item 3020 on AD Ezreal for his Ultimate.

Low win rate at low elo, decent/ good win rate at high elo. Sounds like a line the good old explorer would say: It's all skill.

The only reason he has any of a low winrate is that he's a very common fallback adc for players who get autofilled. They perform poorly and pick him into bad matchups, which leads to only the deticated Ezreal players sporting good winrates.
