@Riot Regarding Luden's proc on large AoE spell hits
According to the Wiki page it says that for large AoE abilities in particular, Luden's echo (and by association, both Runic Echoes and Meteor keystone) procs on whoever was first pick during champ select, but isn't that still weird considering not only are we able to change around the scoreboard, but it changes anyway to reflect our lanes and the lane opponents anyway? I feel like changing it so that Luden's proc to whoever is CURRENTLY top of the scoreboard would make it better or at least let you have the CHOICE of picking who gets the proc.
Also because despite being told by I believe was a Rioter on here, reddit, or Discord (I can't remember) that the scoreboard shenanigans method is how at the very least Luden's proc works on Karthus's Ult specifically, I've both heard from and SEEN it act differently so I just can't tell anymore. I've heard 4 different theories for the Karthus Ult/Luden's proc:
- First Pick in Champ Select (what the wiki says)
- Currently top of Scoreboard (what I've believed all this time)
- Closest to player (what I keep hearing from some people)
- Closest to CURSOR (less often heard, but I do hear this one too)
I just want to know exactly what IS the CORRECT method because according to some people it WAS method #2 but at some point it supposedly got ghost changed at some point (from what I heard, maybe 7.6 or whenever they buffed Karthus's Q for High latency or whatever), so I really don't know. If it really IS still what the Wiki says, then I think that should be changed so it's a helluva lot less confusing.
