Will shyvana make a comeback as an A teir jg with the pta buffs

So riot nerfed shyvana hard with the pta changes and the nerf to her q. They are now buffing shyvana's ad and PTA. I dont think the ad will do anything but I know the I crease form 4% to 8% at lvl 1 will make a difference. She didn't benefit from the 3rd AA but the % bonus damage because her w was continuous damage. Also 12% to the 6.5% total max hp on hit from bloodrazor and the e mark was pretty big. know she won't be s teir because that was 12% at all levels. Also assassins may make a little bit of a comeback with the cinderhulk nerfs and shyvana can't be bursted. She is currently b teir but that hasn't stopped me from climbing with her. I went from b4 to almost b2. Will shyvana at least be a teir next patch.
