Zyra's passive rework?
Allright straight to the point, her passive is boring, useless, clunky and feels bad to use; i mean it is really really useless, this is what happens most of the times when a fight breaks:
- you win the fight hard, so that damage is just overkill;
- you lose the fight hard, so that tiny true damage won't do any good;
- you are still alive, so you played the whole fight without having any passive;
- the fight is actually even, so that damage could be useful;
Now, as you can see, there are 3 scenarios out of 4 where her passive is 100% useless, and the only situation where it isn't doesn't happen quite often (i'd say it happens 2 times on 10)
I'm also supposing you'll be actually able to hit your targets, wich most of the time you won't be, because of the mobility meta, and due to the fact that the hitbox is just too narrow.
Her passive rewards people who die often, i don't get how is this a good thing, it can be a good thing for Karthus or Sion because Sion is made to soak damage and his passive gives him a way to be a useful threat after death, and because Karthus's passive is just 10 times better than Zyra's passive (being able to cast spells while untargetable > random low true damage wich is very hard to land).
I honestly like the concept of that skill lore-wise, because it quite fits Zyra's feel and because that is extremely cool to see, but right now it just doesn't make sense given how terrible it is.
I mean, in the cinematic she didn't even use that, probably even she knew that her passive was useless, lol.
