Yasuo deserves some compensation after all these changes

Even if you hate Yasuo, you gotta admit he's pretty sh*tty right now. Even when crit was a thing, he still wasn't doing full damage crits. Now his crits (whatever we're calling it now) do almost nothing. On top of this, zeal only gives 15% crit, so he doesn't get as much of a power spike. And of course the cost of his core items were increased quite a bit. Unlike adc's who were abusing crit before, Yasuo actually NEEDS these items. He scales directly with this stat and is completely useless without it. Now I don't recommend changing crit items purely for Yasuo, but perhaps we could revert some of the nerfs he's received in the past or compensate him in some other way (Passive is stronger or charges faster, better base stats/scaling, lower cooldowns, tornado lasts longer before expiring, etc).
