No, he is not lol. He will outsustain you if you have 0 damage and CC yea, that's given, but just like any squishy burst will delete him. +1+1+ this items is just dumb , we played against a draven top lane he rush dd and phantom dancer he became tanky as fk and one shotting the whole team and lets not forget his janna giving him shields and heals and more attack speed,also one time i was fed as cassio i had 6 kills there draven were 1/7 he had only death dance , he became tanky as fuk while his damge so high like wtf, same thing with riven and champs that abuse this bullsht item
