Why is botlane the last roles getting addressed when everyone complains about it the most?

Why is bot lane being addressed last? Jungle getting hard nerfed. Mid had a bunch of changes to assassins plus mages nerfed. Top has been left to die forever ago. Yet bot lane is more or less untouched. Support role is out of control and practically gets as much gold as a jungler on top of ridiculously cheap, yet super effective itemization all while not having to stop to farm literally ever. ADCs bursting people out with single AD item plus Zeal stacking. Supports point and click on them and remove their counterplay with zero effort or skill.

Why is this being addressed last? Even if these changes come through and they're great, you're still leaving a really bad taste in peoples mouths by destroying everything else before the lane that is the biggest issue. Why couldnt this be tackled first?

Because unlike boards think, botlane actually isnt the biggest problem with the game now.

Jungle is, they decide the game by 20 minutes, before bot or any other lane can do anything.

maybe because in the first 20 minutes u can dive 4v2 and get double kill with no lose? then , because noone care about ganking bot, after 20 mins of free farm adc start his itemization and suddenly everyone is mad about him?

dont know..

maybe because knowing that after 3 items adc are strong, players still play squishy top or squishy junglers (no assassins) or strange compositions because "u can play whatever u want" and then blame at adc because they play the right champ at right position?

i really dont know..

"Everyone"... last I checked "everyone" was crying about top lane and brusers and tanks. Then "everyone" was crying about assassins/junglers and THEN "everyone" started crying about adcs
